What to include
To keep replies efficient, we prioritize messages in these categories:
- Bug reports and tool diagnostics: if something is wrong with the Credit Card Generator, Credit Card Validator, or BIN Checker, include your browser, what you entered, and what you expected to see.
- Database updates and corrections: if a BIN record looks stale or wrong, send the prefix and the correction you believe should apply.
- Abuse and security reports: if you believe the tools are being misused, or you spotted a security issue, email us with enough detail for us to investigate.
- Media and partnership inquiries: academic, classroom, or advertising partnership questions are welcome at the same address.
What we cannot do
We cannot authorize live payments, recover funds, or confirm that a generated number belongs to a real account. DebitCardGenerator does not issue cards and does not operate a payment gateway. For processor-specific sandbox cards, use the official documentation from your payment provider.
